| 摘 要： | 目的:建立牛血清白蛋白氮含量测定方法的不确定度评定方法。方法:确定不确定度来源,建立数学模型。结果:通过计算各分量不确定度,最终得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为0.08 mg 和0.16 mg,结论:本方法适用于凯氏定氮法中的不确定度评定分析,对于确定检测值的合理范围具有重要的参考意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the method of uncertainty analysis for nitrogen determination in bovine serum al- bumin.Method:The factors affecting uncertainty was combined and a mathematical model was established.Result: The synthesized uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty was 0.08 mg and 0.16 mg respectively.Conclusion:This method is not only suitable to evaluate the uncertainty,but also is important to evaluate the rational value of nitrogen content determined by the Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method. |
