老年女性2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变与血清同型半胱氨酸关系的研究

目的研究老年女性2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变与其血清中同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平的关系。方法选择2010年1月-2012年12月于广东省惠州市中心人民医院内分泌科住院的老年女性2型糖尿病患者100例为A组：体检中心健康老年女性60例为B组。用彩色多普勒检查下肢血管情况，并测定血糖、血脂、血清Hcy水平、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）等指标，了解血清Hcy水平与糖尿病下肢血管病变间的关系。结果A组中有下肢血管病变亚组患者血清Hcy水平明显高于无下肢血管病变亚组患者（18．23±4．61）μmol／L比（12．13±2．50）μmol／L]及B组（18．23±4．61）μmol／L比（11．09±2．25）μmol／L]，差异均有高度统计学意义（均P〈0．01）；A组中无下肢血管病变亚组血清Hcy水平较对照组稍升高（12．13±2．50）μmol／L比（11．09±2．25）μmol／L]，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论血清Hcy水平升高与老年女性2型糖尿病下肢血管病变有关。

Research of relationship between the serum homocysteine level and peripheral artery diseases in old female with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To research the relationship between the serum homocysteine （Hcy）level and peripheral artery diseases in old female with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 100 old females with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in the Central People＇s Hospital of Huizhou City from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as group A; 60 healthy old females from physical examination center of this hospital were selected as group B. The peripheral artery color Doppler sonography and the level of plasma glucose, plasma lipids, serum Hcy and glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c） of the two groups were investigated and compared. Results The serum Hcy level of those patients with peripheral artery disease in group A were found to be obvious higher than those patients without peripheral artery disease in group A （18.23± 4.61） μmol/L vs （ 12.13 ± 2.50）μmol/ L] and those healthy females in group B （18.23 ± 4.61） μmol/L vs （11.09 ± 2.25） μmol/L], the differences were statistically significant（all P 〈 0.01）. The serum Hcy level of those patients without peripheral artery disease in group A were found to be slightly higher than those healthy females in group B （12.13 ± 2.50）μmol/L vs （11.09 ± 2.25） μmol/L], but the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The elevation of serum Hcy level has relation with the peripheral artery disease in old females with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
