艾恒治疗38例晚期实体肿瘤的近期疗效

目的 观察以艾恒为主的联合化疗治疗晚期实体肿瘤的疗效及毒副作用。方法 38例鼻咽癌、食管癌、胃癌、小细胞肺癌、肠癌、卵巢癌患者,应用以艾恒为主联合化疗方案,观察疗效及毒副反应。结果 PR 12例,总有效率为31.6％。主要毒副作用为外周感觉神经毒性,而血液学毒性、消化道副反应及肝肾毒性、脱发等轻微。结论 艾恒为主联合化疗治疗晚期实体肿瘤疗效良好,不良反应可以耐受,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Analysis of Oxaliplatin in the Treatment of 38 Cases of Advanced Malignance

Objective To evaluate the response rate and the side effect of oxaliplatin combined with 5 - fluorouracil (5 - Fu)/calcium folinate (CF) or etoposide (VP16) in the treatment of patients with advanced malignance. Methods 38 patients with nasopharyngeal, esophageal, gastric, non -small lung, colorectal, ovary cancers were treated with oxaliplatin combined with 5 - Fu/CF or VP16 to evaluate the effecacy and side effects. Results There were 12 partial response (PR) with 31.6% response rate in the 38 cases. The main side effects were peripheral sensory neuropathy, while myelosuppression,gastrointestinal disturbance, alopecia, the liver and renal toxicities were mild. Conclusion Oxalipation combined with 5 - Fu/CF or VP16 was a good regimen for the treatment of advanced malignance and the side effects were tolerable. The drug was worthy of being further investigated .
