严重创伤失血患者的救治方式——损害控制性复苏

损害控制性复苏(damage control resuscitation,DCR)作为针对严重创伤失血患者的系统救治方法贯穿于院前、急诊室、手术室和ICU,通过积极有效地阻止或(和)纠正"致死三联征"(低体温、酸中毒和凝血功能障碍),致力于降低患者死亡率,改善生理社会功能,最大程度地优化预后结局。本文就DCR近年来的临床研究进展进行综合分析,主要就允许性低压和大量输血方案等相关内容综述如下。
