RA33检测在类风湿关节炎早期诊断中的应用

目的探索抗RA33抗体检测对类风湿关节炎(RA)的早期诊断价值。方法对未肯定诊断的关节痛关节炎病人28例,确诊为RA的病人19例、健康对照者20例,ELISA法定量检测抗RA33抗体,透射免疫比浊法检测RF、CRP,并随访观察。结果 三组间RA33水平无显著性差异,且RA33结果与RF、CRP无相关性;28例诊断未明的关节痛／关节炎患者,9例RA33抗体阳性中3例(33.3％)确诊为RA,19例抗RA33抗体阴性患者中3例(15.8％)确诊为RA,随访后确诊为RA和非RA的机率无显著性差异;结论RA33虽然可以出现于RA的早期阶段,但单纯RA33阳性并不足以诊断为RA。

The application of RA33 detection on rheumatoid arthritis

Objebtive To explore the diagnostic value of d anti-RA33 antibody in early RA patients.Methods Nineteen unclassified arthralgia/arthritis patients were studied and followed up for3 to t6 months.Anti-RA33 antibodie were detected by ELISA.Results At the end of follow-up,1(33.3%) out of 3 Anti-RA33 antibodies positive patients were diagnosed to have RA,.The rates of Anti-RA33 antibodies negative patients diagnosed to have RA were not signifiantly lower than those of serum positive patients.Conclusion Anti-RA33 antibodies can be detected in early RA patients but only Anti-RA33 antibodies positive can not diagnose to RA.
