差异表达基因筛选技术及其在缺血性心脏病中的应用

摘    要:在后基因组时代,人类基因组计划的工作重点转移到对功能基因的研究,疾病基因组的研究将成为现代医学研究的热点。随着差异基因筛选技术的不断完善,对疾病的发生机制的研究也不断深入。本文以缺血性心脏病为例,概述差异基因筛选技术的发展及其在该病病理机制研究中的应用状况。

Abstract:In the post-genome era, the emphasis of the human genome project (HGP) is transferred to the study of functional genomics, which has become the hotspots of modern medicine. Studies on mechanism of various diseases could be deepened with the progressing of differential gene expression analysis technique. By taking the study on ischemic heart diseases as an example, the development of differential gene expression analysis technique and its application were reviewed.
