肝细胞癌血管内皮生长因子表达与SCT侵袭和转移的关系

目的　探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达与螺旋CT(SCT)表现中肝细胞癌侵袭及转移的关系。方法　对行SCT动、静脉双期扫描后经手术病理证实的 39例共 4 1个HCC病灶 ,观察其SCT表现特征。用免疫组化SP法检测肝癌组织中VEGF的表达 ,并与SCT增强特征对照。结果　VEGF蛋白阳性率为 6 1.0 % ;在转移高危组、包膜欠完整和 或无包膜组、小肝癌组中VEGF蛋白的表达均高于转移低危组、包膜完整组和大肝癌组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　VEGF蛋白的表达与肝细胞癌的侵袭和转移密切相关 ,且可通过SCT增强表现在一定程度上推测VEGF蛋白的表达情况

Correlation Study between Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Invasion and Metastasis on SCT in Hepatocelluar Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the correlation between the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and invasion and metastasis of hepatocelluar carcinoma (HCC) on spiral computed tomography (SCT) features.Method Dual phase SCT scaning at the arterial phase and portal vein phase was performed in 39 patients with 41 lesions of HCC confirmed histopathologically.The expressions of VEGF were detected immunohistochemically.Result The positive ratio of VEGF was 61.0%(25/41).There was higher expression rate of VEGF in the group of high potential invasion and metastasis (intrahepatic daughter foci,tumor emboli in portal veins) in HCC than that in the group of low potential invasion and non metastasis.It showed higher in the group of HCC with incomplete pseudocapsula or without pseudocapsula than that in the group of HCC with complete pseudocapsula.Moreover,the expression rate was higher in the group of lesions whose diameter equal to or smaller than 5cm than that in the group of lesions whose diameter larger than 5cm.Conclusion VEGF expression correlates with invasion and metastasis of HCC.This suggests that SCT features can suspect the expression of VEGF somewhat.
