| 摘 要： | 本文总结了１４例超声或Ｘ线造影诊断为右冠状窦瘤（ＲＣＡＮ）或合并室间隔缺损（ＶＳＤ）的病人的资料，然后根据手术结果来评价超声和Ｘ线造影诊断ＲＣＡＮ及ＶＳＤ的可靠性。结果表明：二维及多普勒超声心动图诊断ＲＣＡＮ符合率为７８．５％；对合并的ＶＳＤ诊断符合率为７１．４％；Ｘ线心血管造影诊断ＲＣＡＮ符合率为７８．５％，对合并的ＶＳＤ诊断符合率为７１．４％；同时运用两种技术，可明显提高ＲＣＡＮ及合并ＶＳＤ的诊断率，分别为９２．９％和８５．７％；并针对其漏、误诊原因进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Fourteen right coronary sinus aneurysms(RCAN) (or complicated with ventricular septal defect(VSD) and aortic regurgitation(AR)) diagnosed by echocardiography or cardioangiography were reported in this study.Echocardiographic and cardioangiographic accuracy for RCAN and VSD were evaluated respectively by operative findings.The accuracy rate were as follows:78.5% for RCAN and 71.4% for VSD with two-dimensional and doppler echocardiogrphy;78.5% for RCAN and 71.4% for VSD with cardioangiography;92.9% for RCAN and 85.7% for VSD with the combination of both two techniques.The causes or factors that may influence the diagnostic accuracy were discussed. |
