重复经颅磁刺激结合针刺治疗卒中后抑郁症39例疗效观察

目的观察重复经颅磁刺激(TMS)结合针刺治疗卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的临床疗效。方法将76例PSD患者随机分为2组,对照组37例予针刺治疗,治疗组39例在对照组治疗基础上予重复经颅TMS治疗,2组均治疗2个月后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定。结果治疗组治疗后HAMD评分较本组治疗前、对照组治疗后均降低(P0.01,P0.05)。治疗组总有效率89.74%,对照组总有效率70.27%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论重复经颅TMS结合针刺治疗PSD,能更好的改善PSD患者的抑郁状态,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of therapeutic effect of combination of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and acupuncture on post-stroke depression

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combination of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation（rTMS） and acupuncture on post-stroke depression（PSD）.Methods 76 cases of PSD were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=37） were treated by acupuncture.39 patients in treatment group were treated by combination of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and acupuncture.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by HAMD after two months treatment.Results The score of HAMD after treatment in treatment group was reduced in comparison with that before treatment and after treatment in control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and acupuncture can improve depressive state of patients with PSD.
