Technical Comparison of Two Construction Proposals of Wireless Network of Hospital

As the application of mobile health care becomes a trend and the wireless network technology is one of the keys, more and more hospitals begin to prepare for the construction of local or whole-hospital wireless network. Because of the need to invest a large amount of money, telecom operators see business opportunities and discuss about cooperation with hospital to invest in the construction of wireless network in hospital. The hospital only needs to provide the venue to have free wireless network environment. The proposals of wireless network built by hospital or invested and built by telecom operator are analyzed from six aspects, including investment cost, bandwidth, time, safety, independence ability of hospital and radiation problem. The advantages and disadvantages of the two proposals are compared.
