摘    要:目的:探索医院绩效管理信息系统的构建方案。方法:应用现代信息集成技术,设计以数据仓库为基础,可对绩效的计划、实施、考核、沟通与反馈等阶段进行深度目标管理的闭环信息服务平台。结果:构建了一个基于数据仓库及绩效考评体系相结合的绩效管理信息系统。结论:该信息系统为医院的绩效管理提供了全方位的信息服务,对加强医院内部管理和内涵建设、提升医院核心竞争力,建立积极有效的内部运营机制有重要意义。

Design and Realization of Performance Management Information System in Hospital

Abstract:Objective: To explore construction scheme of performance management information system in hospital. Methods: To design an closed annular information service platform based on database warehouse by using modern information integration technology, which can deeply manage performance plan, performance implement, performance appraisal, performance communication, performance feedback and etc. Results: Performance management information system which based on database warehouse and appraisal system was constructed. Conclusion: Performance management information system provided comprehensive information service, which effectively strengthened hospital management and connotation constructing, established function management mechanism, advanced kernel strength of hospital.
