医院信息系统中抗菌药物分级管理的实现

目的：通过医院信息系统对抗菌药物的自动控制，达到减少抗菌药物滥用的现象，从而使医院抗菌药物管理更加规范化。方法：根据卫生部《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法》的相关规定，制定出适合医院的抗菌药物管理方案，并将方案的条款整合到医院信息系统中，利用信息系统进行自动控制。结果：通过信息系统对抗菌药物的自动管理确实能减少抗菌药物滥用的现象。结论：合理地利用信息系统资源，将信息系统的自动化控制和监管部门的管理措施相结合，对规范医院抗菌药物使用能发挥很大作用。
