| 摘 要： | 基于国内护理临床路径应用现状，通过信息化手段，依托护理临床路径，对护理临床路径建立评价体系，在国家标准的基础上逐步细化，并充分体现患者个性化评估，涵盖日常各项护理工作，并通过各项评价指标数据结果分析对护理临床路径进行自反馈式调整，从而达到提高护理质量、提升医疗服务品质的目标，并为各级护理人员提供临床决策支持。

| Abstract: | Based on the application of domestic nursing clinical pathway, by means of informationization, depending on the clinical nursing path, the evaluation system is established for the nursing clinical pathway and gradually refined on the basis of national standards. It fully shows the personalized assessment of patient and covers all day-to-day nursing work. Through the analysis of the results of the evaluation indexes and data, the self-feedback adjustment is carried out for the nursing clinical path, so as to improve the quality of nursing, improve the medical service quality, and provide clinical decision support for nursing staffs at all levels. |
