| 摘 要： | 微信从2011年出现以来，用户数不断增加，在金融界、新闻界、科技等领域开展了大量的探索及应用，借助微信，医院可以更好地开展信息推送、预约挂号、化验查询、互动咨询等信息服务工作，开创出继PC网站之后又一个新型信息服务模式。
