中国中医药学主题词表药理学作用类树形结构架构研究

目的：分析2008版中医药学主题词表药理学作用类主题词特点，参照MeSH与《中药药理学》教材，对该类主体架构与主题词进行修订研究。方法：基于课题组讨论确定的词表更新总则，确定药理学作用类主题词更新细则与参照标准，进行主体结构修订与主题词增删。结果：参照MeSH词表，2015版中医药学主题词表“药理学作用”下，进行二级类目的设置：“药理作用分子作用机制”、“药理生理作用”和“治疗应用”。在主题词更新方面，2008版此类主题词110个，2015版此类主题词达188个，其中多向成族的有43个。结论：药理学作用类词表结构的更新与完善，方便标引与检索人员理解中药药理活性特征，满足中医药文献发展需求。

Study on Tree Structure Frame of Pharmacological Effect of Chinese Traditional Medicine and Materia Medica Subject Headings

Objective：To analyze the 2008 version of the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） thesauri pharmacology function class subject characteristics, the reference MeSH and pharmacology of Chinese teaching materials, research on this subject architecture and subject to revision. In terms of subject headings update, 2008, 2008 such subject with 2015 2015 version of the subject, the multidirectional into family has 43. Conclusion： Pharmacology effects of update and improvement of the words table structure, the convenient indexing and retrieval personnel to understand Chinese medicine pharmacology activity characteristics and meet the demand of development of Chinese medicine literature.
