克拉玛依市远程医学平台建设的设计与实践

随着医改的深入推进，作为医改重要组成部分的远程医学，在全国掀起新一轮发展高潮。克拉玛依市以医改政策为导向，立足本地实际，前瞻性地提出构建开放、兼容的远程医学平台。平台采用M-1-N业务模式，承上启下、外引内联，具有一定示范作用。通过平台的应用，将发达地区的优质医疗资源引进克拉玛依市及周边地区，提高了克拉玛依市的医疗水平，让本市及周边地区各族群众“不出家门”就能享受到“一流医疗服务”。
