医疗机构间跨院结算的设计与实现

“医疗机构间跨院结算”是把不同医疗机构HIS系统、自助挂号系统、银行系统3个系统实时连接、交互资金信息。病人使用医保卡或医联卡，在自助服务终端上可以完成挂号、缴费、充值、资金归集等业务。伴随着自助服务终端在各医疗机构中推广，病人资金散落在不同的医疗机构矛盾日渐突出，导致病人对自己的医疗开支无法全面支配，提出如果病人在不同医疗机构的资金可以互相查询并使用，就不需要因资金散落于不同医疗机构且不能充分利用而困扰。
