摘    要:目的:以平战时需求为牵引、以网络信息技术为手段,针对临床护理工作需要,研发“军队医院平战时一体化护士工作站”。方法:按照应用层、传输层、处理层和支撑层四层体系架构设计,并利用无线局域网和条形码技术将系统连接至掌上电脑(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA),实现护理信息智能化管理。结果:数据、信息资源共享、高效利用,提高了工作质量、效率、病人满意度和管理水平。结论:军队医院平战时一体化护士工作站的应用,创建了护理信息资源共享体系,创新了护理管理新模式。

Abstract:Objective: Leaded by the requirement of peacetime and war time, by means of network information technology, in accordance with the need of clinical nursing work, Integrated Nurse Workstation of Military Hospital in Peacetime and War Time is developed. Method: It is designed according to four layers of architecture, including application layer, transportation layer, processing layer and supporting layer. The wireless local area network (LAN) and bar code technology are used to connect the system to Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), in order to realize intelligent management of the nursing information. Results: The data and information resources are shared and utilized efficiently to improve the work quality, efficiency, patient satisfaction and management level. Conclusion: The integrated nurse workstation of military hospital in peacetime and war time integration creates the nursing information resource sharing system and develops the new model of nursing management.
