基于电予文件的新农合跨省医费用核查业务流程优化研究

针对因病需异地就医和长期外出务工的两类新农合跨省就医人群，在分析现有新农合跨省就医费用核查业务流程的基础上，结合电子文件的特点，优化了现有的业务流程。通过发挥电子文件的凭证作用，实现跨省就医费用核查的快捷高效办理，在提高新农合经办机构办公效率的同时，减轻定点医疗机构费用核查负担，切实方便参合农民跨省就医费用报销。

Research on Process Optimization of Examination of Trans-provincial Medical Costs of New Rural Cooperative Medical System Based onthe Electronic Documents

For people who need trans-provincial treatment of new rural cooperative medical system and need to see a doctor in the place other than his/her own hometown or go out for non-farming job for a long term, based on the analysis of the existing trans-provincial medical cost examination process of new rural cooperative medical system, combined with the characteristics of the electronic documents, the existing business process is optimized.
