摘    要:目的:根据医院管理需求进行护理岗位分类,基于岗位分类建立护理绩效信息管理系统,实现对不同岗位护士的绩效考核管理.方法:使用参阅文献、广泛调研、德菲尔筛选等方法,确定医院护理岗位分类.根据护理岗位分类,调整绩效管理方案,建立护理绩效考核管理信息系统.评价系统实施前后,护士绩效收入结构合理性、临床一线护理队伍稳定性、临床护士自身工作满意度.结果:护理绩效信息管理系统使全院护理绩效分配结构比例得以调整、临床护士向非临床岗位流动性减少、临床护士自身满意度增加.结论:建立以岗位分类为基础的护理绩效信息管理系统能够达到优化护理人员绩效比例结构、稳定临床护理队伍、提升临床护理人员工作满意感的作用.

Abstract:Objective: To set up nursing performance information system based on job classification. Methods: Classify the numing post and establish nursing performance information system by the way of Delphi method. We evaluate the performance, work stability and job satisfaction of nurse before and after the system being set up. Results: The performance information system has reasonably adjusted structure of performance, minimize turnover and increase job satisfaction. Conclusion: The performance information system can optimize the structure of performance, stabilize the team and promote.job satisfaction.
