| 摘 要： | 根据医院设备报修业务的特点，基于ITIL技术的核心理念，采用VisualStudio2005＊~SQL2000软件，开发了医院在线报修0A服务管理系统。该服务管理系统实现了在线报修的目标，提高了设备报修业务的效率，准确记录报修流程中各事件，有效计量维修人员的工作量，为工作人员的绩效考核提供了有效的数据支持。

| Abstract: | This study developed an on-line OA management system for the repaired business based on the characteristic of the repaired business of hospital according to ITIL, through the software of visual studio 20（15 and Microsoft SQL 2005. This service management system achieves the goal of the online service, improves the efficiency of the equipment repair business.
