半夏泻心化裁方治疗慢性胃炎疗效观察

目的观察半夏泻心化裁方治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效及治疗前后外周血中胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)含量的变化。方法将120例患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予中药半夏泻心化裁方治疗,对照组给予成药胃苏颗粒治疗,观察2组的疗效,检测治疗前后外周血中GAS、SS的含量。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前血中GAS含量高于治疗后及正常人(P<0.05),治疗后与正常人比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组治疗前血中SS含量低于治疗后及正常人(P<0.05),治疗后与正常人比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);对照组治疗前血中GAS含量高于治疗后及正常人(P<0.05),治疗后与正常人比较仍有显著性差异(P<0.01);对照组治疗前血中SS含量低于治疗后及正常人(P<0.05),治疗后与正常人比较仍有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论半夏泻心化裁方治疗慢性胃炎疗效优于胃苏颗粒,外周血中GAS、SS可能参与了慢性胃炎的发病机制。

Observation of the curative effect of Banxia Xiexin plus minus decoction on chronic gastritis

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin plus minus decoction on chronic gastritis,and the variation of gastrin(GAS) and somatostatin(SS) in peripheral blood before and after treatment.Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was given Chinese herb Banxia Xiexin plus minus decoction,and the control group given Chinese patent medicine Weisu Keli.Then the clinical effect was observed,and the contents of GAS and SS in peripheral blood were determined.Results The effect in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The content of GAS in treatment group before treatment was higher than that after treatment and in normal ones(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the content between normal ones and treatment group(P>0.05).The content of SS in treatment group before treatment was lower than that after treatment and in normal ones(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the content between normal ones and treatment group(P>0.05).Similar results could be found in the control group,but there were significant differences in the content of GAS and SS between control group and normal ones(P<0.01).Conclusions The effect of Banxia Xiexin plus minus decoction on chronic superficial gastritis is better than that of Weisu Keli.GAS and SS in peripheral blood perhaps play a part in the pathogenesy of chronic gastritis.
