| 摘 要： | 目的探讨射频消融治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的临床疗效。方法310例阵发性室上性心动过速患者均行心内电生理检查和射频消融治疗。结果射频消融治疗成功率为97.74%。结论射频消融是治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的一种有效方法。术前充分准备,术中精细标测,严格控制射频能量及时间是提高安全性和成功率的关键因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA)for patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT).Methods RFCA and electrophysiological study(EPS) were used in 310 cases with PSVT.Results The successful rate of ablation was 97.74%.Conclusion RFCA is effective to treat PSVT. |
