米非司酮合并米索前列醇对113例停经50天以上妇女的抗早孕疗效观察

本文报告了1993年3月至8月用米非司酮合并米索前列醇终止停经50天以上早期妊娠113药物流产。从流产效果、引产时间、孕期与效果的关系、阴道出血情况、流产后月经恢复情况和尿hCG转阴时间等方面进行分析,结果发现,停经≥50天的孕妇使用药物流产完全流产率达91.4％,与文献报道对停经≤49天早孕妇女药物流产的疗效相仿;停经时间长短与产后阴道出血持续天数无明显关联;停经≥60天者不全流产率明显高于停经<60天的两组,且流产后尿hCG转阴时间较晚。因此认为药物流产可应用于停经50天以上的早孕,但对停经60天以上的孕妇应用药物流产要谨慎。

An Observation on the Efficacy of Termination of Early Pregnancy with RU486 Combined with Misoprostol in 113 Women with Gestrational Age over 50 Days.

From March 1993 to August 1993 133cases of early pregnancies with gestational ageover 50 days were terminated with the use ofRU486 combined with misoprostol. The effi-cacy and duration of induced-abortion, the re-lationship between the gestational age and ef-ficacy, the state of vaginal bleeding, therestoration of menstruation and the time ofurine hCG turning to negative were analysed.It was found that the complete abortion rateafter medication in women with gestationalage over 50 days was 91. 4%, similar to thatin women with gestation age less than 49 daysas reported in the previous literature. Therewas no significant correlation between the du-ration of amenorrhea and the days of vaginalbleeding after abortion. The rate of incompleteabortion in women with gestational age over60 days was definitely higher than that of lessthan 60 days, and moreover, it took moretime for the urine hCG to turn to negative.Thus, the medical abortion can be used to ter-minate early pregnancies with gestational agebetween 50 days, but can only be used pru-dently in those cases with more than 60 days.
