| 摘 要： | 目的:研究和探索切除第三脑室肿瘤的手术入路。方法:经额胼胝体-穹隆间入路切除第三脑室肿瘤13例。结果:肿瘤全切8例,近全切除3例,大部切除2例,无手术后昏迷或死亡。结论:经胼胝体-穹隆间入路是切除三脑室肿瘤的最佳入路之一,全切率高,术中对三脑室周围重要组织保护好,术后并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate a new approach for resection of tumors in the third ventricle region.Method:Thirteen cases of tumors in the third ventricle region were resected by trans-frontal-callosal-interforniceal approach.Result:Eight tumors were totally removed,3 were subtotal removed,and 3 were partially removed.After surgery no patient developed coma or died.Conclusion:The trans-frontal-callosal-interforniceal approach is one of the best choices for the removal of tumors in third ventricle region.It could protect the most important tissue beside the third ventricle and the complications was few. |
