| 摘 要： | 本文作者介绍了创新发展模式、突出学科建设、打造特色中小医院方面的经验做法：着眼战场，适应市场，确立“特色建科、技术强科、人才兴科”的发展思路，有所为有所不为，把特色专科做大做强做精，在打造特色中小医院上下功夫、见成效，实现医院全面建设的突破性进展。
