复方山莨菪碱涂剂的实验研究与临床应用

用复方山莨菪碱涂剂涂于兔耳前动脉处皮肤，用血管多普勒测定涂药前后的血流速度。结果显示：涂药后局部动脉血流速度显著减慢，血管扩张。应用于１００例静脉血管状况不良者，并做了涂药前后对比，涂药后局部皮肤发红及静脉充盈例数显著增加；穿刺时疼痛明显例数显著减少，一次穿刺成功例数显著增加。本法运用于静脉血管条件差或寒冷季节血管显露不佳而需做静脉穿刺者。

Study and Clinical Application of Pigment of Compound Anisodamine

The effects of smearing of compound anisodamine on the velocity of skin blood flow,determined by Doppler blood flow monitor, and the successful rate of vein puncture were studied with rabbits and human. The results showed that smearing this compound significantly decreased the local blood flow speed, expanded the blood vessels.In human,local skin was rubefaction, the blood flow of vein decreased, the pain sense of vein puncture also reduced markedly, subsquently, the successful rate of first puncture increased. This compound was specially useful when the veins condition was not good enough but puncture was needed.
