| 摘 要： | 目的 通过观察纤维条索组织在不同浓度尿激酶溶液中的溶解情况,探讨尿激酶溶解纤维条索组织的合适浓度及合适时间. 方法 胸腔镜下取出纤维条索组织,分别放入0,0.05,0.10,0.20,0.40,0.60,0.80,1.00 万U•mL-1尿激酶溶液中,观察3 h内纤维条索组织溶解情况.结果 在相同时间不同浓度条件下,时间≥1.5 h,0.05～1.00万U•mL-1尿激酶溶液与0万U•mL-1尿激酶溶液比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但0.05～1.00万U•mL-1各浓度之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05). 在浓度相同时间不同条件下,尿激酶溶液在0,0.6万U•mL-1浓度时,各时间段溶解差异无统计学意义(P=0.957,0.052). 在0.05,0.10,0.20,0.40,0.80,1.00 万U•mL-1浓度时,时间≥1.5 h,各时间段比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而时间<1.5 h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01). 结论 尿激酶溶解纤维条索组织合适的浓度及时间分别是0.05万U•mL-1和1.5 h.
