| 摘 要： | 部分结扎大鼠门脉主干２周后，采用激光多普勒血流计（ＬＤＦ）测定大鼠胃粘膜血流量（ＧＭＢＦ），观察了垂体后叶素输注前和输注后３０ｍｉｎ，门脉压力（ＰＶＰ）的变化；测定了输注垂体后叶素３０ｍｉｎ后血浆胰高糖素的含量。结果显示输注垂体后叶素１０ｍｉｎＰＨＧ大鼠的ＧＭＢＦ开始降低（Ｐ〈０．０５），１５ｍｉｎ显著降低（Ｐ〈０．０１）；输注垂体生叶素３０ｍｉｎ后显著降低ＰＨＧ大鼠ＰＶＰ（Ｐ〈０．０１），而血浆

| Abstract: | Two weeks after portal vein ligation,The gastric mucosal blood flow(GMBF)was assessed by laser doppler flowmetry,the changes of GMBF and PVP were observed before and 30min after intrayenous vasopressin,plasma glucagon were tested 30min after intravenous vasopressin and saline. The results showed that the GMBF were reduced lomin (P < 0. 05 ) and 15min (P < 0. 01 ) after intravenous vasopvessin, vasopressin administration significantly decreased PVP (P < 0.01 ), had no effect on plasma glucagon(P>0. 05). Vasopressin reduced GMBF of rats with PHG,and had no effect on plasma glucagon. |
