消化性溃疡幽门螺杆菌(Hp)清除前后血Hp抗体、PG、GAS 变化的研究

幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性消化性溃疡患者在Hp清除前后血清抗Hp-IgG,抗Hp-IgM,胃蛋白酶原(Pep-sinogen,PG)和胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS)水平如何?奥美拉唑,硫糖铝,罗红霉素治疗Hp感染的消化性溃疡的效果如何?本课题对上述问题进行了研究。1材料与方法1.1一般资料病例选

Changes in pepsinogen, gastrin and helicobacter pylori (Hp) antibody level before and after H.pylori eradication in patients with peptic ulcer

Objective To study the possible changes in pepsinogen,gastrin and H.pylori antibody level before and after H.pylori eradicationin patients with peptic ulcer.Methods Patients were randomized to receive omeprazole,roxithromycin and sucralfate suspension for 2 weeks andomeprazole for 2 weeks(38 patients) or omeprazole for4 weeks(20 patients,control group).H.pylori,pepsinogen,gastrin and H.pylori antibodylevels were measured before and after treatment.Four weeks after the completion of treatment,gastric ulcer(GU) and duodenal ulcer(DU) andH.pylori status were examined.Results Of 13 GUpatients in treatment group,the ulcers were healed in 10 patients(76.92%),of 25 DU pa-tients in treatment group,the ulcers were healed in 18 patients(72%),which were significantly higher than those of control group.Hp-IgG(+)patients decreased from34 patients(89.47 %.) before treatment to 15 patients(39.47%)after treatment.PG and GAS levels were significantlyhigher in H.pyloriPositive group,after treatment they decreased significantly(P<0.05 andP<0.01,respectively).Conclusion H.pylori pos-itive peptic ulcer can be effectively treated with omeprazole,roxithromycin and sucralfate suspension.The increase in pepsinogen and gastrin is as-sociated with H.pylori.Ggastrin increase has an important effect on pathogesis of Du and GU.
