中药治疗老年抑郁症疗效分析

目的：观察中药治疗老年抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法：研究组34例服用中药、对照组30例服用氟西汀治疗，分别于治疗后第1周、第2周、第4周、第6周进行HAMD评分，在第6周末采用TESS量表评定不良反应。结果：6周后，两组HAMD．评分和有效率无统计学差异（P〉O．05），但两组不良反应有极显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：中药治疗老年抑郁症疗效好，不良反应少。

Analysis on Therapeutic Effect on Senile Depression Treated by Chinese Herbs

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Chinese herbs on senile depression. Method:34 eases were taken Chinese herbs as the study group while 30 cases were taken Fluoxefine as the control group. HAMD scores were given at the time point of the 1st week,the 2nd week,the 4th week and the 6th week after treatment respectively and the adverse reaction was evaluated with TESS scale at the weekend of the 6th week. Result:There was not significant difference in the HAMD scores and effective rate be-tween the two groups (P > 0.05) while there was very significant difference in adverse reaction between the two groups (P <0. 01 ). Conclusion :The therapeutic effect of Chinese herbs on senile depression is good with little adverse reaction.
