| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨利培酮对精神分裂症的疗效和副反应。方法:将78例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别应用利培酮和氯丙嗪治疗。采用BPRS量表和TESS量表评定疗效和副反应。结果:治疗后两组BPRS评分的差异均有显著性(p<0.01),利培酮组副反应明显少于氯丙嗪组(p<0.05,p<0.01)。结论:利培酮的疗效与氯丙嗪相近.但安全性较好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into the efficacy and side effects of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods: 78 schizophrenic patients were randomly assigned into risperidone group (n = 39) and control group (chlorpromazine group, n = 39). They were tested with Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale (TESS) after treatment 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks. Results: After treatment the scores of BPRS of two groups were significantly different than before treatment (P < 0.01). The side effects of risperidone group were significantly lower than that of Chlorpromazine group. Conclusions: The efficacy of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia is similar than Chlorpromazine, but it has better safety. |
