凉山州放射工作人员健康状况分析

目的了解影响凉山州放射工作人员的健康状况,为放射防护工作提供依据。方法收集342名2006-2007年放射工作人员健康体检资料,按国家标准评价,分析体检项目异常检出人数与放射工龄、年龄、工种、医院级别的关系。结果放射敏感项目异常检出率、脱发为24.26%,眼晶状体浑浊为10.82%、外周血细胞降低为5.26%、指甲纵嵴为0.88%。晶状体浑浊在长放射工龄和高年龄段的检出人数高于相应的短工龄和低年龄段人数,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;医用X线诊断人员异常检出人数高于其他放射工种和县（市）级医院放射工作人员异常检出人数高于其他医院,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论影响凉山州放射工作人员的健康状况与放射工龄、工种、年龄等因素有关。

Analysis of Factors Related to Health of Radiation-exposed Workers in Liangshan Prefecture

Objective To learn about the factors related to the health of radiation-exposed workers in Liangshan and provide scientific evidence for the radiological protection. Methods The physical examination data of radiation-exposed workers were collected from 2006 to 2007, and the relationship between the number of persons who was abnormal in one exam item and years engaged in radiation work/age/type of radiation work/level of hospital were analyzed according national standard. Results Alopecia rate was 24. 26%, the rate of phacosco- tasmus was 10. 82 %, the rate of lower peripheral blood cell was 5.26%, the rate of fingernails longitudinal ridge was 0. 88%. The detection rate of phacoscotasmus was higher in older workers with longer working year than that in younger workers with shorter working years, the difference was statistical significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. More people were detected to be abnormal in workers engaged in X-ray diagnosis than in other radiation works and more people were detected to be abnormal in county hospitals than in other hospitals, the differences were statistical significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The factors related to the health of radiation-exposed workers in Liangshan included years engaged in radiation work, type of radiation work and age.
