| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨横切口在乳腺癌根治术中的应用。方法 采用Stewart横切口 ,观察术后皮瓣愈合及对手术操作和外形的影响。结果 横切口乳腺癌根治术减小皮瓣张力 ,暴露腋窝明确 ,外形修复良好。结论 横切口乳腺癌根治术减少术后皮瓣坏死率 ,手术彻底 ,安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate treatment of carcinoma by using transverse incisional mastectomy. Methods To use the Stewart transverse incision and observe its effect to the skin flap’s healing after radical mastectomy,the operative procedure and the outline. Results The transverse incisional radical mastectomy of breast carcinoma can reduce the skin flap’s tensile force,expose the axilla clearly and repair the outline form well. Conclusion Treating breast carcinoma with transverse incisional radical mastectomy can reduce the chance of the skin flap’s necrosis post-operation. The approach can clear focal lesion thoroughly and proves safe and effective. |
