| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立一种快速鉴定抗精子抗体的新方法。方法 :用化学试剂提纯精子抗原 ,将其结合于硝酸纤维素膜上 ;以胶体金颗粒结合的羊抗人IgG作为标记抗体 ,建立检测人血清抗精子抗体的免疫胶体金渗滤斑点试验。结果 :抗原抗体通过渗滤在膜上反应 ,10min肉眼即可观察到结果 ,10 0例临床血清标本的检测结果 ,本法与ELISA法基本相符。结论 :免疫胶体金渗滤斑点试验可快速测定抗精子抗体 ,具有推广使用的价值

| Abstract: | Aim:To establish a new method to identify antisperm antibody quickly.Methods:Purifying sperm antigen with chemical solutions,then combining it with the membrane of nitric acid cellulose,and taking goat anti IgG of human combined with the golden pellets of colloidal state as marked antibody,to establish the experiment of dot immunogold filtration assay to examine antisperm antibody. Results: In this method,antigen and antibody reacted on the membrane by filtration and the result could be observed with naked eyes within 10 min.In the examination of 100 clinical serum samples,the result of this method was in accordance with that of ELISA.Conclusion: The dot immunogold filtration assay can examine antisperm antibody quickly and is worth spreading. |
