摘    要:[目的]了解各类食品及化妆品卫生状况,为卫生监督执法提供依据。[方法]在全省共抽检11类产品,采样322份,依据GB/T4789—2003对产品进行7个项目的检测。[结果]果蔬类饮料、熟肉制品、化妆品等均符合国家标准,裱花蛋糕、非发酵豆制品、鲜冻禽类合格率低,分别为18.75%、5.71%、59.25%。[结论]抽检的部分产品合格率低主要原因产品污染较严重或加工不彻底,表明应进一步提高产品质量,加强食品安全管理。

Abstract:[Objective]To study the quality of various healthy relevant products,and to provide a scientific basis for hygiene supervision and law execution, [Methods]According to GB/T 4789-2003,322 samples from 11 sorts of products were detected for seven items. [Results]Soft drink, cooked meat and cosmetic all accorded with national standard. However, the butyric cake, non-fermentations bean-food and freshly frozen poultry meat had loWer qualification rates which were 18.75 %, 5.71% ,59.25 %, respectively. [Conclusion]The main reason for low-level qualification rates was serious contamination or halfway processing. The result indicates that the food quality control and supervision should be enforced.
