螺旋藻多糖降血糖活性实验研究

摘    要:昆明种小鼠灌胃以螺旋藻多糖(PSP)100mg/kg,200mg/kg,连续10d,结果发现其对正常小鼠血糖无明显影响,而相同剂量的PSP对链脲佐菌素性糖尿病小鼠高血糖有明显的降低作用,与糖尿病模型对照组相比,PSP100mg/kg,200mg/kg的血糖降低率分别为23.6%和30.1%,差异非常显著。另外,相同剂量的PSP还可显著对抗肾上腺素及葡萄糖所致小鼠血糖升高,表明PSP可拮抗肾上腺素刺

Abstract:With the dose of 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg by ig administration to normal and streptozotocine induced diabetic mice for 10 days, it was found that PSP had no significant hypoglycemic effect on normal mice, however, it could remarkably decrease the blood glucose in streptozotocine induced diabetic mice. Compared with the diabetic model mice, PSP 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg could decrease the content of the blood glucose by 29.1% and 30.1% respectively. In addition, with the same dose by ig administration, PSP could decrease the hyperglycemia that was induced by intraperitoneal adrenaline and by ig glucose in mice. Such a result showed that PSP may antagonize the glycogenolysis which is stimulated by adrenaline in liver and inhibit the absorption of glucose in intestinal in the mice. The above results suggested that PSP posses certain hypoglycemic effect and deserve to further studying.
