低温等离子消融技术治疗过敏性鼻炎的护理要点分析

目的：探析采用低温等离子消融技术治疗过敏性鼻炎的护理要点。方法我院于2012年9月至2013年5月共收治了56名过敏性鼻炎患者，56名患者均实施以低温等离子消融术，通过回顾性分析56名患者的护理情况。结果56名患者实施等离子消融手术治疗后，通过半年的回访，有38名患者为显效，15名患者为有效，13名患者为无效，总的有效率达到了94.6%。手术后没有出现嗅觉功能障碍、鼻腔粘连、鼻腔黏膜萎缩等并发症。结论利用等离子消融手术对过敏性鼻炎患者进行系统治疗后，对鼻腔黏膜组织的损伤较小，手术后恢复较快，在手术前后采取正确的护理措施是确保手术成功的保障。

The Nursing Point of Plasm Radiofrequency at Low Temperature in the Patients Withrhinitis

Objective To study the nursing essentials and experiences of Plasm Radiofrequency at low temperature in the patients withrhinitis. Method 56 cases patients with allergic rhinitis were treated in our hospital from March 2010 to May 2013, 56 cases patients were treated with Plasm Radiofrequency, retrospective analysis of 56 clinical data about the nursing. Result Pay a return visit to 56 cases patients by Plasm Radiofrequency during one year：38 cases were signiifcantly effective, 15 cases were effective, 13 patients were invalid effect, the overall effective rate was 94.6%. Conclusion Treated by Plasm Radiofrequency has advantage of minimal morbidity, minimal postoperative discomfort and minimal damage to nasal mucosa. Good nursing during therapy is the key of success.
