角膜塑形镜控制少年儿童近视的临床分析

目的：探讨不同程度的少年儿童近视患者应用数字化角膜塑形镜矫治的临床效果。方法对58例（116眼）青少年验配数字化角膜塑形镜，对其验配前后进行视力、屈光度、眼轴及眼压等临床指标进行系统分析。结果在视力、屈光度及眼压等指标方面，患者经过数字化角膜塑形镜治疗后均得到了显著的改善和提高，治疗前后比较，P均＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论角膜塑形镜对控制少年儿童轻、中度近视发展具有明显效果，是临床矫治青少年近视的可靠选择。

Clinical Analysis of Juvenile Myopia Control Orthokeratology

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of children patients with myopia digital orthokeratology treatment in different degree. Methods 58 cases （116 eyes） adolescent iftting digital orthokeratology lens, the iftting of vision, Qu Guangdu, eye axis and intraocular pressure and other clinical indexes were system analysis. Results The visual acuity, diopter and intraocular pressure indicators, patients after digital orthokeratology treatment have been improved obviously, compared before and after treatment, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion Orthokeratology has obvious effect on the control children light, moderate myopia development, is the clinical treatment and reliable selection of juvenile myopia.
