骨科手术切口感染病原菌耐药性及抗生素应用情况的分析

摘    要:目的探讨骨科手术切口感染病原菌的分布情况、耐药性分析及抗生素应用情况。方法回顾性分析本院2012年5月至2013年6月骨科178例手术切口感染病例的病原菌分布及其耐药性情况,对抗生素应用效果进行评价。结果178例手术切口感染患者共分离出192株病原菌,主要病原菌分布情况为革兰阴性菌〉革兰阳性菌〉真菌,所占比例分别为65.2%、30.7%、2.8%,病原菌分布呈现多样性及多重耐药性。结论耐药菌在骨科手术切口感染病原菌中占主导地位,手术过程中应严格遵循无菌操作,确保合理、科学应用抗生素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the orthopedic surgery incision infection pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance analysis and applicatioi~ of antibiotics. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in May 2012-June 2013 orthopaedic 178 cases incision infection distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, to evaluate the effect of the application of antibiotics. Results 178 cases &surgical incision infection in patients were isolated from 192 strains of bacteria, the distribution of the main pathogens were Gram-negative bacteria〉 gram-positive bacteria〉 fungi, the proportion was 65.2%, 30.7%, 2.8% respectively, showing diverse distribution of pathogens present and multiple drug resistance. Conclusion Drug resistant bacteria in orthopaedic surgery incision infection pathogens dominates, surgical process should strictly follow the sterile operation, to ensure the rational and scientific use of antibiotics.
