股神经阻滞技术在膝关节置换术围手术期应用的临床观察

目的：探讨股神经阻滞镇痛技术在全膝关节置换术后的镇痛效果。方法通过选取我院2010年采取围手术期多模式镇痛方案的17例人工膝关节置换（TKA）患者作为临床观察对象，其中10例应用股神经阻滞镇痛技术镇痛作为治疗组，另7例作为对照组。对两组患者在术后并发症、疼痛VAS评分及术后关节活动度进行比较，并评估股神经阻滞镇痛技术在术后恢复早期功能锻炼中的作用。采用SPSS19.0统计学软件对资料进行统计学分析，采用t检验比较所有病例置换术前后评分有无著差异。结果全膝关节置换术后应用持续股神经阻滞镇痛的10例患者（治疗组）术后48h内及72h内在相关不良反应，术后疼痛（VAS评分）以及关节活动度情况与7例患者（对照组）比较，有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论股神经阻滞镇痛技术可以减轻围手术期患者疼痛，促进其早期活动，减少住院天数

Observation with Patients Using Femoral Nerve Block Technology in Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective To investigate the effect of using femoral nerve block technology with patient in total knee arthroplasty during perioperative. Methods 17 patients with total knee arthroplasty during perioperative .10 of the patients were divided into the experimental group using femoral nerve block technology in total knee arthroplasty , 7 in control group using oral analgesia drug and with intravenous analgesia pump application. Compared the two groups with postoperative complication、pain （VAS score） and range of motion after total knee arthroplasty. Results 10 of the experimental group using femoral nerve block technology in TKA postoperative 48 h inside and 72 h internal related adverse reaction, postoperative pain （VAS score） , range of motion has signiifcant differents than that 7 in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The using of femoral nerve block analgesia technology in TKA technique can obviously relieve perioperative pain ,facilitate early embulation and reduce the length of hospitalization.
