| 摘 要： | 目的：研究右美托咪定复合七氟烷在老年患者开胸手术中的应用。方法60例随机分为C、D两组,（D组：七氟烷全麻加用Dex;C组：相同方法静脉注射氯化钠液。结果 D组术后MAP、HR、SpO2与术前比较,P＞0.05。C、D两组苏醒时间对比,P＞0.05。D组MMSE评分与POCD发生率优于C组。结论七氟烷复合应用Dex,可促进血流动力学平稳,降低认知功能障碍。

| Abstract: | Objective To study dexmedetomidine given sevolfurane in elderly patients with complex thoracic surgery. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into C, D groups, （D Group：sevoflurane anesthesia combined with Dex;C group：the same intravenous infusion of sodium chloride solution. Results Group D after the MAP, HR, SpO2 and preoperative comparison, P〉0.05. C, D groups waking time comparison, P〉0.05. D group MMSE score and the incidence of POCD than C group. Conclusions Sevolfurane composite applications Dex, promotes hemodynamic stability, reducing recognition known dysfunction. |
