穴位按摩缓解骨科卧床患者便秘的效果观察

目的：探讨穴位按摩方法对缓解骨科卧床患者便秘的作用。方法将100例骨科卧床患者随机分为常规组和穴位按摩组,每组各50例。常规组给予粗纤维饮食、适量饮水、适当活动等常规护理,穴位按摩组在常规护理基础上,实施左归来、左水道、丰隆等相应穴位交替按摩。结果两组患者便秘缓解时间比较,按摩组明显短于常规组。结论穴位按摩能有效缓解骨科卧床患者的便秘症状。

Observation of the Effect of Acupressure on the Relief of Constipation in Orthopedic Bedridden Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of acupressure on the relief of constipation in orthopedic bedridden patients. Methods 100 orthopedic bedridden patients with the symptom of constipation were randomly divided into conventional group （n=50） and acupressure group（n=50）. Conventional group were given routine care such as crude ifber diet, adequate drinking water, appropriate activities. On the basis of the routine care, acupressure group received alternative acupressure on corresponding points such as left back, left waterway, Hong Leong. Results Alleviating time of constipation in acupressure group was signiifcantly shorter than those in conventional group when comparing the two groups. Conclusion Acupressure effectively relieve the symptom of constipation in orthopedic bedridden patients.
