复方血栓通胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨复方血栓通胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的102例糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各51例，对照组患者给予复方丹参片治疗，观察组患者在给予复方血栓通胶囊治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.5%，显著高于对照组患者的76.5%，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组患者在治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论采用复方血栓通胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效好，不良反应少，安全性较高，是一种理想的治疗方式。

Clinical Effect Observation of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective To explore the clinical effect observation of compound xueshuantong capsule in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 102 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 51 cases in each group, the patients in control group were treated by compound salvia tablet treaunent, the patients in observation group were given compound xueshuantong capsule treatment, comparedthe clinical effect of patients in two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 94.5%, significantly higher than that in control group（76.5%）, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）, all patients had no obvious adverse reaction during treatment. Conclusion Taking compound xueshuantong capsule in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy has good clinical effect, and has less adverse reaction, it is an ideal treatment method.
