分泌性中耳炎患儿腺样体组织中CD_4~+、CD_8~+表达及CD_4~+/CD_8~+值的变化

目的探讨儿童肥大腺样体T淋巴细胞亚群免疫失衡与反复发作性分泌性中耳炎的关系。方法72例反复发作性分泌性中耳炎组患儿及30例单纯腺样体肥大组患儿腺样体组织,采用免疫组化方法检测T淋巴细胞CD+4、CD+8的表达并计算CD+4/CD8+值,分析2组间是否有差异。结果反复发作性分泌性中耳炎组患儿腺样体组织中CD4+、CD+8细胞数及CD+4/CD+8值分别为42±9,20±7,2.10±0.17,高于单纯腺样体肥大组16±8,11±6,1.39±0.15,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中CD+4细胞数明显多于CD+8细胞数。结论反复发作性分泌性中耳炎的形成与T淋巴细胞亚群免疫失衡有关。

The expression of CD+4 and CD+8 and value of CD+4/CD+8 in children adenoids tissues with secretory otitis media

Objective To investigate the relationship between immunity unbalance of T lymphocyte subsets and recurrent of secretory otitis media（ SOM）. Methods 72 cases of SOM and 30 eases of the adenoids hypertrophy were screened and the adenoids hypertrophy tissue samples were studied by immunohistocbemieal method. Results There were large number of CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ cells in recurrent SOM tissue samples. The CD4^＋, CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in recurrent SOM tissue samples were 42 ± 9,20 ± 7 and 2.10 ± 0.17 respectively, which is significantly higher compared with that of tissue samples without SOM（ 16± 8,11 ± 6, 1.39 ±0.15 respectively） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of CD4^＋ T lymphocyte was obviously higher than CD8^＋ . Conclusion The formation of SOM is relevant to the unbalance of T lymphocyte immunity.
