护理教学综合考核评价的实践

目的 探讨在护理教学过程中使用综合考核评价体系,旨在培养符合社会需要的具有综合能力的高素质护理人才.方法 将护理专科学生110名分成实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统的考核方法,实验组采用综合考核评价体系.结果 实验组护生综合能力及理论考核成绩均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 综合考核评价体系体现了综合的、全面的考试观,有利于护生知识、能力、素质的协调发展;体现了知识的合理迁移和应用,有利于护生综合分析能力和灵活运用技能方法的培养;有利于改进教学和调动学生学习的积极性.

The practice of the integrated check-up evaluation systern in nursing teaching

Objective To explore the use of the integrated check-up evaluation system in the process of nursing teaching,we will foster high-quality nursing talents with comprehensive abilities who can meet the social needs.Methods Dividing 110 students making a specialty of nursing into experimental group and contrast group.The traditional check-up method is introduced into the contrast group,and the integrated check-up evaluation system is adopted in the experimental group.Results Subsequently,both the comprehensive abilities and theoretic test marks of the experimental group excel that of the check group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The integrated check-up evaluation system reflects the integrated,overarching testing concept,which is favorable for coordinative development of knowledge,ability and quality of the nursing school students;the reasonable transference and application of knowledge,which is favorable for the cultivation of nursing school students'integrated analyzing ability and flexibly using skill method;the spirit of must-know,must-be-good-at and must-be-that,which is favorable for improving teaching and mobilizing the students to study actively;and the objective,reasonable testing concept,which is favorable for reducing the psychological pressure of nursing school students about test.
