| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声在小儿先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄(CHPS)诊断中的价值。方法对18例CHPS患儿进行B超检查,测量测量幽门管直径、幽门管长度、幽门肌厚度,观察并测量幽门管扩张时管腔的最大宽。结果17例与手术结果相符,诊断符合率94.4%。结论超声可作为诊断CHPS的优选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value on congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis(CHPS) in children by using high-frequency ultrasound.Methods 18 children with CHPS were enrolled in this study who received high-frequency ultrasound examination.The major parameters were diameter and length of pylorus,and thickness of pyloric muscles.The widest lumen of pyloric dilatation was observed and measured.Results The findings of ultrasonic examination in 17 cases with CHPS were in accordance with the findings seen on operation.The coincidental rate was 94.4%.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound is an optimizing diagnostic technique for children with CHPS. |
