| 摘 要： | 目的提高图书馆人力资源管理的有效性和高效开发,营造有利于人才成长、发展的良好机制与环境氛围。方法运用当代"和谐"理论的基本特征,结合具体情况,分析现代图书情报管理体系"和谐"内涵的重要性。结果提出"和谐"是人力资源管理的基本要素,是图书馆发展的内在要求和必然选择。结论以当代"和谐"理论为基础,以人本管理为核心,建立人才培养制度体系和激励机制,是实现医学图书馆人力资源管理"和谐性"的重要举措。

| Abstract: | Objective To promote the efficiency of personnel management and develop a good system benefit to the development of human capacity.Methods The importance of harmony in modern library management was analyzed by combing the basic features of modern harmony theory with status.Results Harmony means the basic element of library personnel management and the intrinsic require and necessary choice in the development of library.Conclusion The strategy of constituting the system of education and encouragement,on the base of modern harmony theory and human-base,is the way to reach the harmonious personnel management in medical library. |
