心理指导对全身麻醉后躁动的预防

目的 观察心理指导对全身麻醉后苏醒期躁动的预防作用。方法 选择50例行腹部手术的成人患者，随机分为2组：心理指导组30例，术前给予充分地解释，使患者完全清楚气管插管所引起的不适感；对照组20例，术前不给予任何解释。术中用安氟醚吸入复合麻醉，术毕充分排出吸入麻醉剂，使患者自然苏醒，清醒后拔出气管导管。记录拔管前后患者的血压、心率以及有无明显躁动。结果 心理指导组患者在拔管前后3min心率、血压无明显变化，躁动发生率为23％（7／30）；对照组患者在拔管前后3min心率、血压有明显升高（P〈0．01），躁动发生率为65％（13／20）。结论 术前心理指导对预防全身麻醉术后的躁动有明显的作用。

Preventive Effect of Psychological Guidance on Restlessness in General Anesthesia Recovey

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of psychological guidance on restlessness during recovery after general anesthesia.Methods Fifty adult patients who underwent the abdominal region operation were randomly selected for control group(CG,n=20)and psychological guidance group(PG,n=30).All PG patients were given explanations probably for understanding the uncomfort of intubations.CG patients received no explanations.Inhalation anesthesia were used in all patients with enflurane during the procedure.Enflurane was exhausted probably after the operation.The patients resuscitated naturally and were extubated after Consciousness resumed.All patient's MAP,HR and restlessness occurring were recorded.Results There was no difference between at 3 min pre and post extubation from baseline values with MAP and HR,the rate of restlessness was 23%(7/40)in PG group;comparing with baseline values before recovery,the HR and MAP increased obviously at 3 min pre and post extubation(P<0.01),The rate of restlessness was 65%(13/20)in CG group.Conclusions Psychological guidance before the operation could prevent restlessness occurring obviously.
