| 摘 要： | 肺动脉栓塞是一种常见的心血管疾病,其临床症状和体征缺乏特异性,确诊有赖于影像学检查。多层螺旋CT扫描速度快、安全、准确、简单、经济,已成为临床诊断肺动脉栓塞的主要影像学检查方法。本文着重探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像在诊断肺动脉栓塞时的扫描方法、影像征象、各种图像后处理技术的应用效果,以及与其他影像技术比较时的优缺点。

| Abstract: | Pulmonary embolism (PE) is a common cardiovascular disease absent of nonspecific.clinical signs and symptoms,so its diagnosis has been depending on imaging.Multi-Slice CT (MSCT) is fast,safe,accurate,simple and economical,which has been demonstrated to be the first choice for diagnosis of PE.This article mainly discussed the MSCT scanning technology,imaging signs,application effect of Helical CT Imaging processing,as well as its advantages and disadvantages by comparison with other imaging examining method. |
